One-Time Payments

For one-time payments, user will make a payment once. If you would like to renew your plan, you may renew it for said number of days in The Everything For Nursing, LLC Store. You are responsible for any fees that are payable including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider. The price to be paid for your one-time payment will be made clear to you on the product page or otherwise during the order process and may vary from time to time. Unless otherwise indicated all prices are in US dollars (USD). You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time of purchase with any processing or other associated fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.

Fee-Based Subscriptions

You are responsible for any fees that are payable including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.

The price to be paid for your subscription will be made clear to you on the subscription order pages or otherwise during the order process and may vary from time to time. Unless otherwise indicated all prices are in US dollars (USD). You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription together with any processing or other associated fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider. Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your Subscription. We will always inform you in advance of any increase in the price of your subscription and offer you an opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the new price.

When you purchase a subscription to Everything For Nursing, LLC, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use those payment details for this purpose. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to Everything For Nursing, LLC and in suspicious circumstances we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties.

Subscription payments include a one-time payment, or will be debited from your account on a monthly basis for monthly Subscriptions or annually for an annual Subscription. 

Refund Policy

There are no refunds. However if there is a problem with your order, contact us at everythingfornursing@gmail.com

Return Policy

On eligible items, you may request a return up to 7 days after an item is noted as delivered. To submit a request, your item(s) must unopened, and in the same condition as received, in its original measured wrapping with no tears. If these conditions apply you may begin the process to submit a return.

To begin a return, send an email to everythingfornursing@gmail.com and include:

• The item(s) you would like to return 

• Date of purchase, order number, and proof of purchase

• In detail, the reason for your request to return

• Photo of your item(s)

• Your agreement that it is your responsibility to pay for your return postage

Not all return requests will be accepted. Any item(s) mailed without an acceptance will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you information on how to return your item(s), and will send your replacement item(s) upon delivery and inspection. 

Digital Download Policy

There are no refunds for digital items, as access to this information is instant.

Shipping

For the full 90-Day courses and gift boxes, you will receive free priority 2-3 business day shipping. All other items require shipping payment when applicable.

A "business day" is any day, other than a Saturday or a Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which certain corporations are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to Everything For Nursing, LLC's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Everything For Nursing, LLC may take such action as Everything For Nursing, LLC deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Variation

Everything For Nursing, LLC may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Assignment

You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Severability

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with The United States Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States.
